I’m waiting for the economy to pick up in this country. It seems like we’ve been in such a funk for the past 5 years. I recently decided to cancel my gym membership and purchased a flex belt based on a flex Belt review. I could no longer justify the one hundred dollar a month fee. I decided to workout at home.
The first thing I did was to create a gym in my basement. I purchased a set of weights and mats. I also bought a used treadmill online which was very inexpensive and is only 2 years old. It’s very easy to slack off at home, so I’m making it a point to workout regularly, just like if I was going to the gym. So far it’s been working out really well. I’ve been able to maintain my weight and save money in the process. Hopefully, the economy will start to pick up shortly.

The yoga retreat Malaysia experts will be teaching me ways to help my body stretch and relax. Although I have taken yoga in the states, there are a few teacher that have been mentioned in the magazine Yoga Journal that will be conducting workshops in Malaysia. Not only will I be able to learn new techniques, but I can also explore Kuala Lumpur. I know the culture there is very rich and I will love it there. The retreat will be right when my school lets out and I won’t have any school work that I need to bring with me. In the past when I’ve gone on spiritual weekends I’ve had to bring my homework. This is not enjoyable and it creates a state of anxiety for me. I decided to wait until classes are finished so there will be obligations that I need to fulfill or deadlines to meet.
